Swindon Borough Council is looking to recruit a corporate Performance Analyst to join our team.
The postholder requires recent experience of developing and maintaining and using systems and processes for accessing, analysing and reporting performance information.
The postholder will need strong analytical and intellectual problem solving abilities, including the ability to weigh arguments and substantiate judgements. You will provide an opportunity to have a lead role in setting up and implementing and using a new system as part of a small and dynamic team.
The post provides the opportunity to work with a wide range of Council departments and learn about the breadth of the Council's work.
Good communication skills are essential, as is attention to detail, adaptability and flexibility.This role is for 37 hours per week. Fixed term contract until 31st December 2015.
